how green are you?

I.... um... recycle. I turn all the lights off. That's about it.

dh and i went to tj's last night (the one by edgewater) and we finally used our tj grocery bags that we bought last summer.... no more paper bags for us

Same here - we've been meaning to get reusable grocery bags...just never see ones big enough.

DH and I are vegetarians. Less animals go through the slaughterhouse ritual because of vegetarians...less methane released into the atmosphere, less poop running into the water supply, etc.

We use green cleaning products. Some I buy, some I make.

We recycle.

I don't wear any animal skin, don't use products tested on animals. The cosmetics I use are vegan.

We have reusable water bottles for the gym.

We are starting a small garden this spring.

I buy a good amount of local produce...local = doesn't have to be shipped in from other parts of the world...less fuel used.

Eta: we use reusable bags when shopping.

We:

Recycle
Have reusable grocery bags
Have reusable water bottles
I have a reusable coffee cup

same...

I bring my own bags to the supermarket....thats all I can think of

We:

recycle
have reusable shopping bags
have reusable water bottles
use green cleaning products
use compact fluorescent light bulbs
share 1 fuel efficient car
walk when we are shopping locally

I am sure there are other things that I just can't think of at the moment.

I won't wear animals. Ummm we turn off the lights when we leave a room...don't leave water running...

I know this isn't the popular attitude at the current time, but it's not the MOST important issue to me. Not saying that it isn't important...but there's other political/social/etc. issues that I focus more on.
