Kitchen Aid Mixer

DH is buying me one now- random, I know, but he's emailing me asking me to pick one so he can order it. WOO WOO. Happy 100 days to me.

anyway- which one do I get? there are all these different sizes and models - Artisan, Pro, Classic???

I have a 4 quart that I use all the time. I love to bake. I make bread dough, fresh whipped cream, cheese cake, and a ton of other stuff in it. I'll be making a Bailey's Irish Cream Cheese Cake tomorrow for St. Patrick's day.
