and STILL no albums or video from photog. After 1 MONTH of texting and emailing and getting no response I finally got an email yesterday saying that his wife left him and he's having a hard time.

omgggg....this is awful! and i know how much you loved them too....they need to fix this asap! you may need to consult legal action if you dont hear anything
does your contract have a time period when they promised to get materials to you by?
