My dog was just attacked!

I had my mini poodle, Fez, loose in our courtyard and this guy came out of his condo with his Austrailian Cattle dog (we have had run ins with this guy and his mean dog before). My dog ran up to his dog..barking to play of course..and the dog attacked him. His dog literally picked my dog up by the face and dragged him into the mud. My poor fez was screaming..it was heartbreaking! Finally the owner was able to seperate them. The only damage I can see is that his eyelid is cut in 2 places...he has already had so many problems with this eye too, he is still on meds for uvitis. I called the vet and left a message...but Fez seems to be ok. I know its not the guys fault..my dog was off the leash...but I so wanna go over there and tell him to put a muzzle on his crazy dog!

ahhhhhh! I'd appreciate it if you could send some good vibes and prayers that Fez's eye is ok!

Also, I have an Australian Cattle Dog, and he'd never do anything like that! I'm sorry this dog gave ACDs a bad rep!

He didn't offer to pay for anything...he didn't even look at my dog after it happened. He just took his dog and went for a walk. My dog seems Ok now..I cleaned his eye and it doesn't look too bad. If it gets worse I will def. be knocking on his door!

Our old neighbors had an ACD and he was such an awesome dog. This dog has always been agressive towards mine...even when we're just passing him during our walks. What a meanie.

Fez is doing good this morning...his eye looks better than it did last night. It doesn't seem to be bothering him! I'm gonna keep watching it to make sure it heals well..thanks for your well wishes for him..I really appreciate it!
