Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Here's what you need:

About 20 strawberries

8 oz pkg softened cream cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 sleeve of graham crackers

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

basically, you core the strawberries and stuff with the mixture.....and then crush the graham crackers to sprinkle over the cream.......

You can probably make it even easier by buying the Philadelphia cheesecake filling
