SLR Camera workshop recommendations?

Does anyone have a good SLR camera workshop recommendation?

i bought my Canon T1i about a year ago and still don't really know how to use it.

Long Island classes/workshops are preferred.

Thanks in advance

I know Marie just took one - Ang too I think

Well the classes I go to are in Manhattan but they're SOOO good. It's 9 2-hour sessions. Some classes meet once a week, some twice and they have them all different days and times. I've had two classes so far and already learned SO much much.
