I have my 3rd and final interview for a new job.... I dont 100% know if I want to leave my current job (I'm unhappy here but I feel bad leaving), but if I like the person and their price is right I'll go.
Fingers crossed I'm as awesome as I was last week and they offer me the job!!!

Good luck!!! And don't feel bad- if you're unhappy there then you have no reason to stay, you don't owe them anything.

EXACTLY what Jill said! I always think that if I leave here I'd feel so bad, even though I'm unhappy. But then I think 'would they feel bad if they let me go?' I totally understand where you're coming from but if they like you, sometimes they are just happy to see their employees move on to bigger and better things!
