Re: what should I make for dinner
DH usually makes these amazing restaurant quality roast beef sandwiches: roast beef, toasted bread, mustard, some veggies and swiss cheese. and then he has small salad on the side not sure if its enough for your dinner or is this for u dinner, but those are so yummy and so filling yum

Re: what should I make for dinner
I did this last night and it was so freakin good.
I bought beef cubes (skewered)...In a pot, I put carrots, onions and seasonings. In a seperate pan, I cooked the beef cubes in olive oil until they were fully cooked. Then in the pot, I added 2 cubs of chicken broth, then added a cup of brown rice, and added the cooked cubes in. And then let that all cook on a low heat for about 30-45 minutes. OMG so good. Here's the result!

I buy the Hidden Valley Ranch dry packets - mix it with some breadcrumbs and dip chicken breasts into it.
