YOGA

Anyone here a hardcore enthusiast?

I was doing vinyasa like 3-4 times a week two summers ago and my body was awesome...nevermind that, but I felt SO damn good! I got out of my schedule with it and never got back in.

Really tempted to pick it up again...

I was going to find a yoga class around me cause I need to improve my flexibility. I have a bad back and yoga really helps. I used to do it every now and then but nothing regular.

I do prenatal yoga once a week :)

Dh does hot yoga .. he loves it.

you know my feeling on this. i LOVE yoga, the hotter the better. started with bikram, now hooked on vinyasa.

was so skeptical of the hippie crazy BS that can go with it but now id quit my job and clean the floors at the studio to do it every day. HEAVEN.

I did bikram for a while but it made me so nauseous and i never got over it so i had to stop. i need to try another yoga method.
