They are by Cest Paperie
I adore them! They are trimmed in black velvet and are pretty heavy. I decided to seal them with wax & our initial. Everyone has been calling non stop about how gorgeous they are and how surprised they were to receive something w/ a wax seal in the mail. They ended up costing $1.64 to mail.
