Well I never hung out in LB only in Nautical mile and I always have a blast in Freeport. Also because DH bumps into all his HS friends so it becomes like a HS reunion.

2012er crashing... I use to live in island park so I definitely spent a night or two in Long Beach and I use to bartend in Freeport.

I would say Freeport all the way. The only thing is that it really depends on the weather. If it is not nice out it will be dead in Freeport.

My boss told me the Nautical Mile dies out early on due to the noise ordinance laws ... is this true at all?

I prefer LB but the Nautical Mile has bars closer together. The bars in LB are just so much better (IMO)...
