Frosted / etched glass candle / votive holder

I am really sorry to do this - I know everyone hates when people post questions that they could find if they search. But I did search (honest) and I just can't find the thread I am looking for.

I remember a thread where someone made candle holders frosted herself. Kinda like this, but she gave instructions, and told us what product she used. I would like to try this, and I need the instructions again.

Hmmm I may be interested in this too to make my centerpieces, i need a frosted glass look but cant seem to find it, maybe I could just get glass and then frost it, Stefs wedding is this weekend so she might not answer.

Actually using the frosting glass cream to do this would literally take you FOREVER - and since you don't know where everyone is sitting until a few weeks (at most) before the wedding - its not doable.

These are transparent vellum printed on a laser printer, cut to size and wrapped around a plain glass votive.
