Before birth or finding out at a sono, did you have a strong feeling that your baby was one gender or the other?? Were you right??

Re: For the Mommies...
Very, very early in my pregnancy, I had a dream I was having a girl.
Then, further into the pregnancy, I had an even more vivid dream I was having a boy. In the dream, I handed the boy to my hubby's Dad, and he was crying tears of joy. I woke up just KNOWING that I was having a boy.

Re: For the Mommies...
I 'knew' both times. With my daughter I had several girl dreams. With my son I was so sure that he was a boy that we never picked out a girls name and at my shower I got all boy things.

Re: For the Mommies...
Just a little funny story...when my mom was prego with me EVERYONE told her she was having a boy and bought her all boy/blue things. Late in her pregnancy she had a vivid dream about saving a drowning baby (a girl) and was convinced she was having a daughter and everyone still continued to doubt her so she secretly went out and bought all little dresses, etc... Well sure enough---she had me

This is very interesting to read! Most of my pregnancy I was SURE will be a girl, I JUST KNEW! But, these last few weeks, I have no clue and am totally confused and obviously dying to find out!

Re: For the Mommies...
Once or twice I had a dream of a little girl. But I didnt think much of it. (this was further along, maybe around 6-7m) Then a few weeks before I gave birth, I had a dream, where I saw this little boys face, round face, light brown hair, big brown eyes, and long eyelashes (that was my one wish that he has daddy's eyelashes!!) and sure enough, I had that little boy in my dreams !! I would have LOVED either one. but I think my gut told me BOY also, because ALOT of the little things that I bought were BOYISH - the packnplay that I chose is light blue and dark blue, a few pieces of clothing that I bought here and there, were BOYISH but can be used for either... so I think I had a strong BOY feeling for a while. John never said anything, but he 'knew' all along. He had a strong feeling too. My MIL was talking to my stomach all along say 'John Anthony, grandma loves you !!'

Tammy, we are going to wait and be surprised.
I just have a strong feeling it's a boy, and I was wondering how those hunches usually turn out.

Re: For the Mommies...
While I cannot be 100% yet I really believe I am having a boy, and have since I found out I was pregnant. I have NO idea why. Scott thinks the baby will be girl. But I call the baby different boy names to try them on for size all the time, and never use the girl's names. But no dreams yet.

Everyone thinks I'm having a boy, and I always thought that also. But lately I have a feeling that since I'm so friggin emotional (I cry daily, Joe laughs and tells me he'd rather have the pregnancy days w/me crying then the biotchy PMS days ), I have a feeling -- but with my track record lately, it'll be a !!!!
