why are things so much harder 2 months before the wedding??!?!?!?!?
we keep running into issues from our family and friends 66 days before the wedding.
first it was his brother- which is kind of resolved now.
then it's this idiotic guy who is not really friends w/ FH anymore. he made an as$ of himself at our eng. party - calling the photographer derogatory names, groping my engaged maid of honor and BM whose boyfriend was there, shoving his face into the camera when this friend of my mom's was trying to take pictures.
we invited him reluctantly to the wedding- and didn't put 'and guest' as he isn't dating anyone. we have a huge guest list and weren't able to invite all our single friends with dates unless they were in a relationship of some sort.
rsvp comes today- he has 2 guests on there. FH said he'll talk to him. he is talking to him on IM right now and trying to explain to him that he can't bring a date bc we are over our maximum capacity and for budget reasons.
this is his response 'huh? you serious? oh that's weird! that's not normally how things are done is it?
that's assinine...i've never heard of anything done like that...you guys shouldn't have sent that card then...maybe there should've been a seperate run for us people who aren't married or don't live with someone, or bridal party members.
what card...it had a spot for number attending...get what I mean?
my sister, who btw is planning her wedding now never heard of that, but whatever.'

FH was responding in the middle of these comments- not sure what he said exactly.
i'm upset. is it wrong for us to not allow him to bring a date? he's not dating anyone and the girl he wants to bring has a boyfriend (and by the way i really don't like this girl either- not that it matters)
