2009 GOALS

they did this over at LIF so i thought it would be fun to do it here too.... here are my 2009 goals:

- finish paying back IL's the $$ we owe them (they helped us with the down payment on the house)

- take 2 vacations with DH (one is already planned for feb 09)

- be less of a worry-er in 09

- curse less



what about everyone else??!?!

lose weight, be skinny

improve health
take a 1 year vacation
finish make up application classes
start TTC

i love this! i have sooooo many! the main ones are:

lose weight and get healthier
reduce my blood pressure
calm down and stop worrying
start a family (hopefully!)
save money
pay off debt
laugh more
take at least 1 vacation with DH
live in the present and not worry about the future too much

hmm

-i'd like to get a promotion in 2009
-take a class - either learn the guitar or learn photoshop
-save $$ is a good one
-enjoy being a newlywed - make a nice home and take some romantic trips with DH

1 - Run a full marathon (hopefully NYC)
2 - Stay in shape
3 - Take photography classes
4 - Cook dinner more


Hmm - there may be a few more to add

Exercise on a consistent and frequent basis
Make healthier food choices
SAVE MONEY
Move back to LI
AND maybe a

get healthier for TTC
vacation in Jan w/ DH
move into new house (hopefully by feb1) and have at least two rooms completely redone by the end of the year

Pay off all debts
Save for a house
Enjoy life more and worry less
Archive all family photos - scan them, fix them, then put them up on a server for people to access.

I think that is good enough, if we have money for a vaca great but I doubt it, rather be debt free and saving for a house.

my/our number 1 goal is to save enough $$$$ to buy a house
my smaller goals are to get back into working out to lose some more weight, stop swearing, try to stress less about the small things, find a hobby, and find something very special for DH and I for our 1st anniversary

This is a great thread!!

1. TTC- I hope to have a little one for Christmas 2009
2. Reduce our debt/loans.
3. Lose 20lbs AGAIN!
4. Career change.

- work out at least 3x a week and lose 10 lbs.
- eat healthier
- save another $5K for a downpayment on a house and BUY ONE
- see my niece more
- pay off car loans
- take short vacation with girlfriends
- get a raise/promotion

-grow my hair longer again:(

-donate more and do some charity work (this should of been the first thing)

My MIL's friend owned a whole bunch out East and sold them all a while ago. She's been filling in at the jazz place I go to and we've been talking about it and it just seems like such a fulfilling job, ya know?
