Fox Hollow offers soooo much for what they charge - especially if you're getting married in the 'off season'. They have an incredible reputation, the grounds are gorgeous, they include wedding planning services.

Re: 2008 RH Prices
I felt like Fox Hollow gave you a lot for your money and had lower minimum gaurantee's which I thought was nice. I also loved the winter garden pavillion room. The room wasn't available on my date for the reception but I am having my CH there. The place that you get married outside was really pretty also and I Iiked their indoor chapel so I don't have to worry if the weather is bad. If you are looking for an off season or off days their prices were even better. Good luck finding a place!

I worked with Kenny, he was really great too.
I think it's usually totally random who you get. They just call down the BM who happens to be not busy, unless you call and spefically ask for someone.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter. They BM's kinda come and go a lot, so you don't really do anything besides book with them. They also kinda have a team type thing going on, so it really doesn't matter who you meet with. I didn't really like either of the ones I met with, but they got the job done I guess.

Re: 2008 RH Prices
doesn fox hollow do seasonal pricing?
I'm looking for early novemeber and just wondering if it would be less or about the same.
And I REALLY hope the Winter Garden Pavillion isn't completely booked...I'm only having around 100-125 and the other rooms are too big

yes they do. And I think even every month is a different price - at least a different list price, they may quote the same price for each season.

Re: 2008 RH Prices
I asked about the prices in November and they were about the same as the summer (95pp on a Saturday night) The winter garden pavillion is definitely not booked for the whole year because I considered changing my date so that I could use it.

Okay awesome I'm going there on Sunday! I'll let everyone know what they say.
Thursday night I'm going to Old Filed Club..I'll post those prices if anyone is interested.
I already looked at Smithtown Landing...it looks a lot better in the pictures...I didn't really like it but I LOVED the price tag! $79 for a Sat night in peak season (May-Oct)
