Super YUMMY Recipe
Mmmmmmm I've been tweaking my brownie recipe for years and tonights batch is it!!!
These are Chocolate Souffle Brownies. They are awesome served warm out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They are just like a chocolate souffle.
When they cool they are crispy and candy like on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
Soooooo DELICIOUS and EASY!!!! Enjoy!!
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
12 oz bag chocchips
melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler
whisk eggs and sugar, salt and vanilla in seperate bowl.
add melted chocolate and butter to egg sugar mixture and mix.
mix in flour salt and baking soda
pour in greased 13 x 9 inch pan
bake 300 for 30 min and then
350 for 20 minutes
