we got a few things checked off the list today! we booked mario's in east setauket for out rehearsal dinner, ordered our wedding rings, and put together a potential centerpiece!
what do you think? we will be ordering small starfish and sandollars for them as well. costs less than $20 each. i thin kwe have to change the type of candle in the small squares---tea lights wont cut it, they lasted 2 hours until you could see the metal part. ~lacey
I really like it! Very pretty! I love that whole beach theme.

Re: potential centerpiece...
They look gorgeous. May I make a suggestion? What are your colors? What about if you did some tables with colored sand? It might add color to your tables. I'm afraid the clear sand my be drowned out if you have white tableclothes. JMHO. I'm just trying to help. I know how difficult it is to make your own CP's, as i'm doing the same thing as you..

ooh now theres a thought! yeah, i dont like the clear sand much, we will prob go with more beachy looking sand. we had that clear sand left over from the last time we attempted centerpieces. our colors are pink and white. i like the idea of pink sand...decisions decisions. what do yours look like? i love looking at beachy centerpieces so i can steal ideas lol. ~lacey

hey lacey! I really like them! I think the square is fine for round tables. If you have extra seashells I would add a little more. Even to the little ones if possible.
