Hello Ladies, Just wanted to warn everyone about this site that I have ordered a banner from that says 'Here comes the bride'.......I placed my order with them on April 25 and they have a 10-14 day shipping time frame.....well its almost a month now and I have not yet received any thing from them....I have emailed the company 3 times and left 2 messages and got no response...I am so annoyed, and cant beleive that they had no problem taking my money, but they are having a problem letting me know what the status is on my order. Ugh!! I just ordered mine 2 weeks ago! I know other girls have ordered them and gotten their orders, I just cannot remember who. I hope they get their act together for you and for me!!

well its now been a month since the time that i have ordered mine, so i think that i am going to call up Pay Pal tomorrow and tell them to cancel the order, I really dont think that they are going to send anything to me.....you would think that they would at least return your call or even email you back if you call and email them so many times.

get in contact with the better business beureau. Once you do that you'll def. see them move and get your money back. If you paid by credit card, call your company and deny the payment to them. You can withhold money from a service when they are not meeting the satified deadline they specified.

thanks, I am going to try getting ahold of Pay Pal and then if that dont work I will be going to my bank this weekend and disputing the charge.....this is making me so annoyed, I really wanted that banner!!

I actually did last year and i had no problems but i did place an order May 2nd and i sent Kay (owner) two e-mails and have not heard back - but the money came out of my account the same day! I am getting ticked off myself! I am going to try to e-mail again and call again! If I dont get my items i am going to be really upset since i have said so many wonderful things and recommended her on LIW a lot! but i gave her a nice order last fall and i recieved it so quickly last time this is for a measly two little things and i have not heard anything!

I ordered from them...I got my banner in about a month.
Definitely cancel your order if you aren't getting responses....that s*cks!
I e-mailed and faxed her a nice note and i will call in alittle bit!
Update: I did not hear back... but I sent another e-mail this evening because i noticed on her website there was a note stating what was going on...(thank you Pierre07 for the heads up on your response...)

We will be unavailable due to relocating during May 22 to May 29. All previously approved magnet designs have been shipped and should arrive in 2-4 business days. All embroidery orders placed before May 5 have also been shipped. They should arrive in 2-4 business days. Thank you for your patience

They really should have had something like this on there website from the beginning ~ I placed my order May 2 hopefully I will be receiving mine soon! I will you all updated!

Please keep us updated! I'm worried that my banner won't get to me either! I ordered mine on May 5th and my money was paid via Pay Pal that day!! Now I am getting worried!

I ordered from them a few months ago, and it took about two weeks. I'm quite happy with the service and product that I received.
They were very nice to me, sending friendly emails that were appreciative of my business. It's very possible that they're overwhelmed with orders, I know that they're a new company, and this is the very busy wedding season. However, that doesn't excuse them from not answering your email. Give them another few days.

In the subject of the email it says that its an auto response so I am guessing that they finally relized that they have to get back to us or let us know something before they lose our orders...and business.

I placed my first order last fall and it was a nice order... (was told it was one of her largest) and i received it in two weeks ~ they were awesome ~ maybe since she is fairly new and now getting very busy - they might be experienceing some growth pains... I know there work is GREAT and It will be worth it once everyone receives there orders! I guess everyone was getting nervous becuase they were not responding back to e-mails at all... I am sure everything will be fine (they should have had a note on there website giving the status so anyone who orders kind of knows up front before placing there order) I dont mind if there is a delay (& am fairly patient) as long as i know or there is some line of communication!
