Vistaprint.com- RANT!!!!

I just received my STD from them and I am VERY dissapointed!!!!

My STD has a border- and I kid you not- I have EIGHT(8) of them in front of me and not ONE of the borders match!!!!!!!

The borders are either cut off on one side, two sides and/or on 3 sides!!!!!!!!

I am so fricking !!!

I called them and told them I want my money back and they are telling me to send some of the samples to their Canadian quality control dept.

Needless to say I knew I would post this on LIW to WARN my fellow brides.

VISTAPRINT.COM- has thin and flimsy magnents. paying $60.97 for 200 magnents will get you cheap looking magnents!!!!!!

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET SAMPLES BEFORE ORDERING!!!!

I used vistaprint.com and have NO complaints. For that cheap what kind of magnets were you expecting? It is standard practice for companies to want to see evidence before they send a refund, it shows good customer service that they want to send it to quality control.
Did you pay extra for the proof copy?

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that.

I used their postcard invites for my e-party, and was SO pleased with them. I haven't heard the best things about their magnets though. Sorry hun.

you should try pippyssweets.com (Diana) Get a pic from any magnet/STD site and email it to her ..she charges like 1/3 of the price and her work is BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Yes their magnents were cheap and very inexpensive!!!!

Good customer service is NOT sending out 200 magnents with 200 DIFFERENT CUTS!!!!!

I have NO problem sending back their unexceptable cheap magnents!!! If you happy with them- cool- I HATE THEM!!!!

Makes me wonder why pay extra for a proof when you are NOT going to send the what I approved!!!

So hon.... vistaprint still gets an F in my book!!!

I used them for my post cards and they were great. Sorry the magnets aren't nice.

Vistaprint screwed up my magnets too! I was so excited when I first ordered them cause they were so cheap but I should have known! I sent them like 5 emails complaining and not once did they respond.

My magnets barely stick to the fridge.

soo sorry to hear that hopefully they'll reimburse u your $$$. I had always heard such great things about them but in the past few days I've read atleast a dozen bad reviews - I really hope everyone gets their money back
