It is from State Farm and you do not have to be a customer.

First link is in the gray box, 'order our wedding planner' then enter the id/password, and fill out the info

It takes about 3 weeks to arrive and I just got mine today. It is AWESOME! 300 pages with folder in the back for organizing articles~ It's got more useful into than The Ultimate Wedding Planner book that I bought a few months back!!!

And it is free, even S/H is on State Farm!

Hey Thanks!!! I just ordered one. I can't wait to get it. I bought one recently from AC Moore made by Wilton and it is really good also...LOL one can never have too many planners!
