Tipping Help

hi all,

my FH and i are sitting here crapping our pants over our wedding expenses so while we are almost crying, we figured we'd add in the tips to our budget, but we have no idea how much or who to tip

here's what we were thinking:
Matre'd-$350
Bridal Attendant--$100
DJ--$100??
Limo Drivers--$50 each (we'll have 3)
Flower Delivery Guy-$50???
Bartenders-???? (no idea!)

please bear in mind that we are having a small wedding--only about 80 people at most. also, our hall includes a 18% service charge--what the heck does that cover???

i'm a little confused b/c one of the articles said you shouldn't tip any one person over $150 but i read in other posts (from the '06 boards) that most people tipped their matre'd anywhere from $350-$500. does the matre'd share that $ with others?

those articles are great and i agree about doing what you can afford. luckily we aren't having a ton of people so that does make it a little easier.
