they ALL loved them, all said yes and thought it was very cute!
and i plan to make them special gifts for the engagement party bc some live out of state and i havent seen them since I asked them!

My MOH is my sister and I don't think I actually asked her, I think I told her. but that's just the way we are.
My two best friends I made little scrapbooks for (see my album) and FH and I took them out to dinner.
FH's three cousins we also took out to dinner.
Two of my cousins we asked on Easter and the last man got a phone call cause it was too hard to schedule a time to get together.

I'm going to ask in July (a year to the date) me and fh are just going to go out to dinner with all of them and then we're gonna say something like 'you guys know we got engaged 6 months ago, and since then we've been looking long and hard for the perfect BM's and GM's....we wanted people that were reliable, good looking, and fashion counscious....so after all of those months of searching....we decided....that those people were too hard to find, so we just decided to ask you guys instead' lol...I know they're not gonna let us get away with that, lol

I gave them cards asking if they would be my BM, and gave them these shirts.
They loved them! (there are others in my album )

I made them cards, with an old picture of the two of us on the front and a poem on the inside. I also made them cups that said Bridesmaid or Maid of honor with candy of my original colors. Pictures are in my albums

I made a photo scrapbook for each with pics of us with lines from a bm poem on each page that in the end says will you be my bridesmaid/moh etc. pics are in my album if u need ideas.

i just asked them when we were out one night. my sisters were a given, but i decided to have them both as MOH's and again, i just asked them. i wish i had done something a little more creative, i never really thought about it till coming onto this site.

I made shirts and cards
The shirts i bought at kohls for $4.50..then i bought iron on letters from ac morre i think one package of letters cost $4 (i had to by a few packages) then i ironed them on

I emailed and called them.... some were really busy and werent getting my calls so i said screw it im emailing.... I have no regrets everyone was thrilled!
i had them over for dinner and drinks. before dessert time, i gave them individual bags. i made them t-shirts which said 'a girl can never have too many dresses in her closet' on the front and 'so whats one more...' on the back. i also got them cards and wrote a poem in each one. pics in my album
