Gown shopping review!

So, I went gown shopping for the first time today with my Mom and MOH. Mom welled up as soon as I slipped into the first dress...but it was definitely fun.

I went to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. Now, I too have heard the good, the bad and the ugly reviews on this place. But I have to say that my experience was one of the good ones. My consultant, Michelle was wonderful. She was very nice and very helpful. She even worked with me a little longer (sorry other bride that was waiting!! ) since I told her that this was probably the only gown shopping trip that I'd have with my mom b/c she lives in another state. She obliged my mom's request to take the dress off the window mannequin and have me try it on. I took her to the airport right after our shopping trip

Michelle was actually from the Carle Place store and happened to be there today.

Well, I didn't find 'the one' today (didn't expect to) but there are two that I'm definitely 'in like' with Even though I was pretty nervous this morning while getting ready to go, I had fun. It just made the whole 'I'm getting married' thing soooo real to me today!!

I agree with kaangel, you'll know which one is right for you when you try it on.
