Ordered the BM dresses this weekend--Never Say Never--that is the lesson I've learned (ya know I got pics)

So we did our shopping last week at the Vera Wang salon, which by the way is AWESOME, but ordered yesterday from a different store. The VW Salon has every single BM dress in every fabric option, they carry all dresses in size 6, 10, 14 and many in 20 so everyone in the BP can try all the dresses. They also have every fabric option in every color so no matter what you chose you'll be able to see the fabric and color on a dress and not just a tiny swatch! The consultant was so helpful and very sweet. We didn't order from them though (felt really guilty about this) #1 because they don't do alterations and #2 I got a better price from the Wedding Salon of Manhasset. But it really was an amazing salon with top of the line service. I highly recommend going there. We had the perfect day of dress shopping, I had seven of my nine girls with me, all were trying on and it was sooo much fun.
I decided to do four different dresses (I just couldn't put nine women with totally different body types in the same dress), all will be in this amazing AMETHYST SATIN. I never in a million years would have thought I would chose Amethyst, but the color just jumped out at me, it is a very warm, beautiful jewel tone and all my girls loved it. Just don't call it PURPLE! lol.
Anyway, here are the four different styles.
Three girls will wear this one (it is not actually this low cut, this must be a model/runway version):

Two girls will wear this one sans the bow:

Two girls will wear this (this one is actually Vivian Diamond but it is the exact same, couldn't find a postable Vera one on line):

And finally two girls will wear this one:

Gorgeous!! I have a question about this dress - i feel like it is so low and wearing a bra with it will be so difficult- granted I havent seen it in person before but i'm concerned about it - Do you think they are able to wear a bra with it?

all those dresses are just gorgeous .. i love the 3rd pic , that dress is sexy! and I happen to be a big fan of the 'amethyst' color, so I think you've made an excellent choice!!

Quick question - how much of a price difference did you find between the two salons?

Those dress are absolutely gorgeous. I love the first one especially the color.

the day sounds like a lot of fun...and believe me vera wang makes enough money...you don't have to feel guilty...

I'm sure there are tons of people that go in there and don't even blink an eye at the cost...when they didn't have to pay that much

YEAH - Yes the Vera Wang store was really amazing - my girls LOVED it there and they all have good things to say about the service and those beautiful dress bags they gave them to hold their dress and purse was great - they loved the purses that vera gave them with their dress.

I saw the ones you picked and all are gorgeous!!!!!!!

The wedding salon was great when I went there - but they couldn't get the dress my girls picked and the city was more convienent to half my party so we ended up doing VW.
