How did everyone like the Lovin' Oven Annual Vendor Showcase

We had a really good time. Certain times you could definitely tell it was all about the money. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong about it but you could get the sense like it's a A B C contract signing $$$$ atmosphere.

My fiancee ran into a Sales Manger who used to be her roommate almost 10 years ago. It was great to see them so excited about everything. She was a real sweetheart and couldn't say enough how happy she was for us, being happy. Congratulations to you SANDRA

We are definitely going with the Janet King to play at our ceremony at Flowerfield.

We got some really good ideas for flower arrangements.

I'd say pretty definite on having Island Boy playing the steel drum .

What does everyone think about having Classic Rock, Steel drum , Doo Wop, at a wedding?

We are not really going to have rap. It's not either of our preferences. I like the old school but can't see it in the wedding.

We really loved the strawberry filling for the cake.

There was a couple there with whom we sat with and is getting married on May 1st. @ Flowerfield . I wish them nothing but the best for many years in happiness, health, and success.

Meaghan from Flowerfield was such a sweetheart, ONCE AGAIN & AND AS ALWAYS

The Official Flowerfield Thread

I know Duet wasn't there but I definitely think anyone who is looking for Photo & Video should visit them and see how wonderful they are. Very flexible and genuinely ( sp? ) happy for you.

Best Wishes,

My fiancee thought the guy from Island Boy ( the steel drum guy ) was hot

I thought some of the vendors were very business oriented. I understand the purpose of the event but for me choosing a vendor comes down to how comfortable I feel with them and how I think their work will be.

We picked the filling for our cake STRAWBERRY
it tasted like a strawberry / cherry filling with fresh strawberries.

The food was really good. I like my lamb cooked more but it was delicious.

The harpist was really cool. Really put you in the mood.

We found out a long lost friend in one of the vendors. She used to room with my fiancee almost 10 yrs ago.

We got there at 4pm. I believe I was the only 5 5' bald asian guy there Hehehehehehe

I'll give you a rundown of the vendors , just FM me and I'll post it here also.

Best Wishes,

Thomas

I really don't think it's over the top for a winter wedding. I think it would lighten the mood. Not that your wedding is going to bring everyone down. It would certainly make it memorable.
