Just wanted to post that My parents are moving to Florida, and they are selling their condo.... Its a 2 BR upstairs unit, private Balcony... Its located 5 mins. from the LIE and about 20-25 minutes from the train... I'm not sure if its considered Coram or Selden, because it's right on the border... But that is in Suffolk County. It really is beautiful, and there are a ton of younger couples and families moving in. Please FM or Email me for more info!!

More info... There is a pool, tennis court, park for children, picnic area, basketball court, and acess to the clubhouse. The co-op is still available... My dad wanted me to tell everyone interested that he is also open to renting or renting with the option to buy.. FM me or email him @ [email protected] for any other questions..
