OK I have contacted 2 news agencies what else? They will not give us our money back and we will still be financially responisble if we refuse the shipment! I HAVE HAD IT!

If you paid by credit card get on the phone with the credit card company ASAP and let them know you are refusing the charge.
It took me months to get my furniture order corrected AMEX backed me up all the way. I didnt pay until everything was perfect.

Of course the deposit we left had to be in check that was my first indication this was a no no but DH liked them.
So now they are coming back later tonight to deliever everything with the corrected chairs and 2 loaner nights stands with $150 off. Big whoop when we spent 6k there. Oh and they called me a liar on 3 occassions!! Hot headed oh yes, I will admit that, liar is something I am not! I get in trouble all the time for being too honest!
If anyone wants the name of this wonderful company feel free to FM me I will gladly share!!!

Here's the update
The delivery people just left here at 10:30pm
My hutch in the dining room also arrived with broken glass. They say that I will have that Monday or Wednesday.
They had the correct chairs in their Yaphank warehouse
They gave me 2 temporary night tables that match but are not from my set and guarenteed me (which I don't believe) that I will have them with in 4 weeks so that is 16 weeks total, my dead Grandfather could have whittled them faster our of wood himself!
Oh and they took a big whooping $150 off-- we paid over 6k and that is all they could do.
How did we come to this compromise????
Mommy went to the store carrying on, two customers left , then I showed up and my sales person knowing that we have a lot more furniture to buy did not want me to be unhappy. This was after I was called a liar for the 3rd and 4th time! But oh well! We have 2 of their nightstands that match our set well if they don't come through and a note on our bill of ladding about that and the glass!!!!
OK and we just noticed that the wood is split on both the foot board and the mirror!-- NOW I HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN!
