pictures of pew bows.....

pictures of pew bows.....

Does anyone have them. I need to visulaize pew bows made of tulle or ribbon (or whatever) BUT without flowers. I can't afford any more flowers.

We had a hydrangea head and ivy with a tulle and satin bow.

You can see mine in this pic. I had a white ribbon with a single white rose with tulle.

I don't know if you can see them or not. They were bows made from tulle with some ivy and and a white rose.

Are pew bows necessary? I mean will I be frowned upon if I don't have them? What about Alter flowers?

You certainly don't have to have pew bows. It's nice to have them on the first couple of pews though, to mark the 'family' pews.

We were told we ad to have flowers on the alter (Catholic Church). That might just be our parish though. We had flowers on the Alter, two behind the alter and one by the Blessed Mother.

I wasn't crazy about the white bows and I didn't have much money for flowers, so I used these fake flower balls that I bought in WalMart for like $3 a piece. I got them in all red, but they did have different colors. I had them done on every other aisle. These aren't the best pictures, but you get the idea.

You don't have to have bows, you can use flowers or tulle to decorate.

The second pic is what I used for inspiration and the third pic is how it was done for my wedding

I don't have any pics but since Frank's Nurseries are going out of business I got a box of white tulle pew bows for 30% off and I bought tiny pink silk flowers that I am going to hot glue to the center of the bows. Also check out Ebay, I saw some great deals.

Here was mine. Everything was bought on sale at Michael's or at a floral supply (silk flowers)

I would assume from the other side near the wall.
