Computer Java Help Please! Computer pro needed

I play games on pogo.com and now that i've moved into my new apartment with FH i'm stuck using his old laptop and it seems that he has no java?!?!? I can't play my games and it's really ticking me off since he said he'd try to figure it out and he's on the couch snoring!

Everytime I try to load java it says there isn't enough disk space but he's got a huge hard drive. Problem he thinks is that the drive is partitioned. But I've tried loading java onto both drives and I still get the same error message. This is driving me mad. Any of you ladies out there computer experts? Any help would be appreciated.

FH says to try downloading firefox-a different browser http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
He said it sounds like your internet explorer is screwed up and that you should try running java through a different browser. Let me know if this helps.
