My dad got the bottles from a liquor store in NYC. We got a good deal - but I had to buy 16 cases in cash. The bags are from papermart.com and the stickers and tags are from myweddinglabels.com

Sort of - I had my graphic design friend at work do the layout, and I printed them and glued them on to the red card stock.
