Well after agonizing about the insane amount companies charge for chair covers (the ones that they come in and set up)...I finally decided to rent them online for $1.90 each including sash!
My FABULOUS DOC (ie:'SUPER MAX') offerred to set them up and take them down and I am so relieved!!!!!!!

I did get a sample this weekend, and I can't believe the quality and how they don't get wrinkled!!!!

I would like to get chair covers, but I don't have a DOC, so would I have to put them on myself? Also, are they insured? I'm a chair cover dummy!

You can have a family friend take them on and off for you if you don't have that many chairs. They're virtually very easy to put on, it's the sash tying that takes the most amount of time in my honest opinion.
As far as insurance, why would you need them to be insured?

I've heard of places charging you if the chair cover get stained or ruined, I don't know. I think the chairs at the BCE are ugly...
I guess I could ask someone to run there and do it.... but thats a great price... the cheapest I've heard... I will go look at the site now! Thanks!!

I'm sure there's some type of a reprocussion, but they're 'washable' - if they get stained...if they get ripped, I'm sure there's some type of a insurance situation in that case.
I love the chairs in the WGP at FH, they're wrought iron, but I've seen them chip and I think the chair covers just add to the ambiance I'm going for.

I would love to get chair cover but im having 400-450 guests so im reluctant to spend on that. I asked my hall if I got the chair covers, would they put them on for me and their reply was NO!
The chairs at my hall arent that bad. Luckly their a neutral color and i dont think it'll look that bad without chair covers. What do you think. Here is a pic of my room:
