Invitation Printing? what are you doing? with Poll

Hi ladies

I am thinking invitations now and was wondering, with all of the printing options out there (and so many price ranges ) what kind of printing are you doing? and are you using the same one for your rsvp cards as well (or perhaps going cheaper there?)

If you feel comfortable, please respond and include price and who you are using. thanks a bunch!

note- I was told by one printer that 'high definition' laser printing was becoming popular and was very nice???

We did letterpress on the invites and RSVP. I just really liked the style of it and it seemed to give a timeless look to the invites. I used Calligraphy Lady in St. Louis and she was fantastic (there's more info in my wedding review). I can FM you prices and pics if you like

My mom does calligraphy so I'm lucky I don't have to pay $$ for it.

I had letterpress invites by William Arthur. I loved the look and feel of the letterpress paper. It was something I could not get with engraved paper which is why I did not choose engraved invites. If I could have had my paper with engraved text I would have done so, but letterpress feels great and I was really pleased.
