How is everyone putting in hotel info. into the invites. i blocked rooms at one place but also want to give the option of other area hotels. How should i do this?

the hotel usually gives you some kind of insert to stick in there.I also am putting the info on my wedding website..and everyone got the website info with the STD

My hotel gave little cards - one side was directions, the other said that there were rooms booked, how to reserve and room and what the code was. I included it w/ the save the date - haven't figured out if I'm going to send it again w/ the invites. I'll wait and see how many rooms are booked when the time comes.

i have to send my stuff with the invites. I will have to call fox hollow to see if the give cards for that. I doubt it though. I blocked rooms at the exectutive and they give cards but i want people to feel like they have an option. Whay should i do? This is what i did so far... just playing around.
How do i post a power point into here?

I have gotten invites that have the hotel card from the one with a block of rooms, then a second piece of paper with other area hotels and their numbers.

I guess it really depends on how many people you think will be staying in the hotel.....If you blocked rooms somewhere, I would just give people that then if they ask give them the other hotels IMO

I made my own cards up informing the guests that hotel rooms were blocked off at The Marriott in Uniondale & the phone number...I told them the going rate & also that rooms need to be booked prior to March 2, 2006 to receive our special rate...
I then cut them with nice scrapbook scissors & I am just placing them in the invites

how about 'rooms have been set aside here for our guests at a rate of $***. please contact them prior to ***** and ask for a room reserved under the **** party to receive this special rate. a shuttle has been arranged to transport guests from this hotel to the Fox Hollow and back later in the evening.'
