I didn't do menus, but here are a couple of pages from my program (which I designed, printed, and collated).

I also included pages with information on the wedding party, this day in history and this day in lighthouse history, history of the Fire Island Lighthouse (where our ceremony was), our reading, a thank you page, and a poem on the back cover.

Here are my programs and menus. You can really see it in these pictures, but we had our monogram faintly in the background like a watermark.

Here is mine. We made the insert pages for our programs ourselves but the cover was designed by an Australian company called Moments of Color. They did our invites too.

We made our menus ourselves.
