Flower pot favors I made PIC

I made these flower pot favors for my friend's bridal shower up in MA over this past weekend. They took about a week, and I made 60 of them.

The flower tag said:

Love is Blooming
Michelle's Bridal Shower
July 22, 2006

Then on the back it said:

Requires:
Love, warmth, tears of joy, happiness, laughter, gentle whispers, and affection.

Everyone loved them!!

cost me a total of $140....the pots were the cheap part...I bought 4' pots for 15 cents each on sale at AC moore. The paints were about $20-$30 It's the flowers that cost about $85...

And it took me about a week in all to make them...they are a little time consuming.

I had to seal them, let dry, then paint white, let dry, 2nd coat of white paint, let dry. Then I sponged on the color-5 different color pots. Let that dry. Then sealed it once again, and let that dry.

Then putting the ribbon around it took some time bc I hot glued the sheer ribbon onto the pot (only at 3 points) and the tags took me a full day to make.

Then potting the plants was easy. I liked the outcome though.
