are the amounts in your poll including taxes, because our taxes are not included in the monthly mortgage payments. We pay them quarterly.

Ous is less then the lowest amount. We pay $612.00 for just our mortgage and YES we are in NY-lol!!

we pay about 1000 a month for a 2 bedroom co-op that we purchased in summer 2005. but we also have to pay about 1000 a month in maintenence fees.

Mine too by less than 1/2. We bought 10 years ago on LI.
