the 27th is the Monday after Thanksgiving.....so i wasn't sure if that would be tough for people (although it might not be too bad, because all the Thanksgiving planning is out of the way)
but then the 13th is just around the corner (in a way) - so less time for planning
thoughts?

I wouldn't do it right after Thanksgiving, because everyone is so tired of eating, but then again a lot of people have things to do to prepare for thanksgiving.
What kind of party are you planning on a monday?

umm..i think the monday would be hard because most people go back to work that day and probably wouldnt be in the mood for partying
ETA: After Thanksgiving that is. So I say the 13th

I would choose the 13th. After Thanksgiving people are more likely to be too tired and stuffed to party. Isn't that around Veteran's day? People might be more willing to take off around that holiday than right after thanksgiving.

I would go with 11/13. Some people may go away for Thanksgiving and not be back in time on Monday.

I think it depends on the party. Mondays are very difficult for most people that work,unless it is for Monday Night Football...in that case every male would make time!! If those are the only two dates available, the 13th.

I picked before I got annoying. The 13th since alot of people take the day off after Thanksgiving since they get that Thursday off.

I picked the 13th as well. I think it's much easier. Even though it's before Thanksgiving, there is still plenty of time to do stuff. After Thanksgiving things get crazy.

I picked the 13th. I am a teacher and have the 10th off for Veteran's Day so the 13th would be the Monday back after a long weekend. Not a bad day for a party!
