Just to give you an idea of I've gotten them before and they loved:
Last year, I got them matching pjs and slippers from Victoria's Secret.
The year before I got them Dooney & Burke wristlets.
Two years ago I got them perfume sets and I belive I got my sister a cell phone and a J.Lo jacket.
This year - I am clueless...Im thinking either gift certificates to iTunes, cute PINK bathrobes from Victoria's Secret, or maybe some beauty supply gifts from Sephora...
Please give me some recommendations! Thank you!

the pink sweatsuits from VS are awesome ...thats what i got my sister last year ...(she's 14) or i know that her and her friends love shopping in hollister ....just an idea ...HTH

If I was 17, I would love to get a gift certificate to both of those stores!! Sephora AND Victorias Secret. Why dont you get them a pair of winter boots?? it dont have to be Uggs, but they have really cute ones in Macys thats really trendy
For the 14 year old I would get a gift certificate to Mandee or something- girls always like shopping for clothes. What about a nice scrapbooking kit or a DVD set for a tv show they like?

You could try this site Gifts.com - you type in the age (teen) then what they are into, and it pops out gift ideas.
