Did you put a card in for the Out of towners advising where you blocked hotels?
if so... Can you post a pic and what should it say?

on the directions card, we simply added a line that OOT'ers should contact us for assistance...
When they do, we refer them to our webpage, which has detailed $$$ info, directions, flight advice, and schedule info....

When you book with the hotel they will give you their cards to use.

We put our website in on the Wedding Information page in our invite. That way, they can go on there and finall all the information for the entire wedding.

im making my pocketfold invites. one of the inserts is hotel accomodation. it looks like this:
No pic of it but it says: Hotel info name of hotel, address, phone #, plaese use code ***, please book by whatever date. And directions from all major hwys and to reception. If you need more details let me know. I can't cut and paste out of photoshop. But I'll take a pic if you need it! FM me if you do, Ryan

I don't have a picture, but I just used a 3x5 index card. On one side I put directions, on the other I put hotel information, nothing fancy.

Since I did pocketfolds everyone got hotel info...and since our wedding is in the Hamptons even some on LI are thinking of booking & making a weekend out of it..here's a genericized copy of what went out.
We just used the cards the hotel gave us...when you block out rooms they should give you little postcards where you can put the wedding code/reserve by date/ and price.

I sent hotel cards out with my STD and will be including the card again that the hotel gave me, probably pasted on to some cardstock if I do the pocketfolds.
