purchase stuff to throw - rose petals
pick someone to hand out programs
obtain marriage license
decide order of wedding party
petal cones
meet with coordinator
get everyones full address and spelling of name
Buy Wedding Stamps
Mail out invitations
put directions in invites
call guest who do not rsvp
establish seating arrangements
give final headcount
must take photo list
timeline between church and reception
meet w/ florist about centerpieces
pick out linens - ivory
finalize menu
select and order wedding cake
Write out place cards
order favors
make sure parents have limos
plan reception first dance song, parents, et

a DO NOT play list
**Order liquor, wine and/or champagne for an after party (if having one)
plan next day brunch
**Prepare overnight hotel bags for guests

Prepare a 'reception box' for accessories such as guest books, cameras, toasting

When someone sent it to me I almost started to cry. But I'm so glad I had it....helped alot.

haha i dont have anything on that list crossed off yet

i have a date but its between 2 different dates cause it depends on what is available...and i am soo scared the halls i like are not going to be available cause i dont book until June for my May of 09 wedding- but everyone has hall for 09 already

and i have a budget but i dont know if we will stick to it.... i hope but i dont know
