I posted about this before, but didn't get too many responses, so wanted to try again.
I would love to hear from anyone about their experiences in ordering dresses (bridal or bm) from Burton's in Hunt. Station. They are quoting me the best price right now for my dress, but I want to make sure that I'm not going to encounter any customer service hassles later on. I've heard too many horror stories about other shops, so I'd like to avoid that if I can.

I ordered my dress from them. It has not come in yet. It should be here by the end of May or early June. So far so good though!!!! Carole is the best very nice and very funny!! amkes me laugh everytime I go there.

I think you can get a hard time from any place you order from. Granted it was a while ago, but I ordered my dress, bm dresses and flowers from there. All prices were great, and everything turned out fine....good luck!

My friend got married in September and we got our BM dresses from Burton's. The prices were the best. I liked Carol. One of the BMs didn't like that Carol was blunt (BM said she was dieting and Carol suggested she get the larger size just in case- which I thought was the better thing to do anyway). The seamstress can be a little short with you.
I'm getting married in July and I decided to go with Burton's. My dress was $400 cheaper at Burton's than other places. Carol has been so helpful and patient with me. And my girls are getting their dresses from Burton's too. Their alterations are capped. Burtons does a good job at a good price.

I've ordered my dress and BM dresses from there...Carol is blunt but I love her! she isn't one of those ..'everything looks so great on you' type of annoying women...she is real and tells it like it is...plus their prices are great...so far so good for me..good luck

Burtons will def.be on my list of places to go look for my dress. Its a little place...in fact it looks like a lil house almost with florist and limo kinda stuff downstairs and they have all the dresses on racks upstairs.But without a doubt, they really do have the BEST prices on gowns. I believe you can go in with a particular design (lets say a dress you tried on somewhere else but you want a better price) and they can order it for you even if a sample is not in the store.
I got a BM dress there for my sister's wedding a couple of years ago and I had no problems. They altered it perfectly and were very to the point and professional. Just be warned sometimes they get busy in there.

Well, I got my dress today from Burton's afterall, so I'm all set now. It is SUCH a relief to have it ordered and done with!
