Memorial Day weekend GTG

I will be in NY (for those of you who don't know, I live in FL) Memorial Day weekend. I would like to have a GTG in Suffolk Cty. Would anyone be interested? We could do lunch, brunch, dinner and/or drinks. Anyone interested? If so, what day/ time/location?

Sorry, we have to stick to Suffolk, since I won't have my own transportation.
Sunday is fine w/ me. We can do 'happy hour', like 3ish? Any time after 1pm is fine with me (meeting DOC).
The last GTG was @ Cheesecake (my favorite). We can do Applebees (2 4 1) or somewhere near the mall (Smith Haven).

Applebee's sounds good, or what about Houlihan's, I like both of those places!!! Let's get this thing moving girls. OK so we got it narrowed down to Memorial day weekend, sat, sun, mon, which day is best for everyone, esp. Heather.

I am meeting w/ my DOC Sunday @ noon. I need to meet w/ my officiant too. So, right now either Sat. or Sun. is fine. Let's do happy hour/dinner on Sunday. But, if someone can't make it then we can do Sat or another time...
