We're Buying a house!! (with pics!)

We currently live right outside of Washington, DC and work in DC.

We are making the move up to Baltimore. DC housing prices are RIDICULOUS and we are getting alot more bang for our buck up in Bmore.

Brand new home, about an hour commute and tons of gorgeous upgrades thrown in (granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances). We are so excited!!!

AND... A rooftop deck!!!

This definitely helps me take my mind off the post-wedding-blahs!

Not exactly our kitchen, this is the model's, ours is bigger and has an island Same appliances and countertops..

that's BEAUTIFUL! what neighborhood of B-more? My FH and I live in Alexandria right now and would love to buy down here but don't want to move into the District and can't afford anything around here without going out to Reston or Leesburg.

Its the 'Station North Arts and Entertainment DIstrict'. Its 2 blocks from Penn station which is why the commute is so easy. BUt the area is 'up and coming' so there are alot of boarded up homes (that are being renovated).

Let me know if you need more info, would love fun neighbors!
