Wedding From Yesterday.. REVIEW

Well let me just start off by saying I am going to try to be brief with this review, since MtLom is a LIW member and im sure she is going to want to do her own and I don’t know ALL the details.

I do know that a lot of things didn’t go exactly as planned but i think overall she had her perfect day.

FH and I had a great time, we danced so much we ate sooo much and we were just so happy to be there to help her celebrate!!!!. she was beautiful!!

Church:
when entering the church you were greeted by trumpeters playing music. I loved this touch, I had never seen it before and was baffled by what to expect, but WOW. Before the service started the Trumpeters came inside (upstairs) then played one of the wedding marches when she began to walk down the aisle, they played again when they walked out as man and wife.

If you can afford this... I def recommend it.. it was an amazing touch to her wedding!! (Sorry I don’t know what vendor she used for this)

North Ritz Club...

I don’t think I have one bad thing to say about it. the cocktail hour was great. there was so much food.. I can’t even remember all the different serving areas. But you girls have nothing to worry about!!! The outside grounds were beautiful. We were only able to see the cocktail hour space but I was really impressed. FH and I attended a wedding there last yr, but it rained and we were unable to see outside.

Everything was set up nicely. One thing that I saw was at the table the bride and groom sat around were 6 chairs. I thought this was weird but then I realized what happened, they forgot to set up the bride and groom table. But they quickly corrected it and I don’t think too many people noticed... really wasn’t that big of a deal - in my opinion. (but not sure how they forgot to do that???)

Dinner was great, the food was def Yummy! I had the chateau briand and FH and the salmon. Both excellent. They piece of steak they gave me was HUGE plus I had 2 smaller pieces with it on the plate.. FH had to finish it for me!

Viennese hour... so good!!! my fav hehe.. They had an ice cream sundae section and caramelized banana section, pudding, cakes, cookies, international coffee bar... on and on....

Music: Timepiece

They were fabulous!!! I was so impressed by the band. They were able to sing anything. From old to new.. they even sang 'sexy back' and were really great!!! Oh they also sang a Dave Mathews band song and Billy Joel song and sounded perfect!!! If you booked them ... you made a great choice!!!

Photo: Duet

This I was really excited about, since FH and I booked them. They were Fabulous. She had Roberto’s team! I have to say, they were not intrusive at all, however, they were ALWAYS right near the bride and groom to capture every moment!!!! I cant wait to see her pics. The videographer was always there too.. he was moving around and getting every shot. These guys really work hard! FH even said.. these guys don’t stop!

ETA: FLowers: Flowers Michelle

Barbara was who she was using so i think maria was really upset to find out she left. I heard there was a problem with her bo-k not being right but i think they came and fixed it. Overall the bo-ks looked nice (though the edges of the roses seemed a little brown - but not too noticiable unless you were right up to them). the centerpieces were beauiful!!! They were elegant and classy!

ok so i am going to leave it at that... Maria can fill in all the other stuff!!!

here are the pics from the other thread!
