I know that some people have had good experiences with ASW in the past, but I also know that quite a few of us have had serious problems too (they took our $ and never delivered their product or a refund). I filed a complaint with the Pittsburgh BBB about a month ago and received an email from them today apologizing because they've failed to get in contact with ASW. Just for your own reference, please be careful when ordering from them & check out this link: BBB complaints against ASW - they have 16 complaints against them!!! I wish that I had seen that prior to ordering.
It's funny that the email came today, because I received my custom garter from Hand Crafted Creations yesterday & couldn't be happier with it/them...

I had a decent experience with them too! but i know there has been a TON of complaints about them recently...maybe because it's summer & their taking in too much business?? who knows - regardless they should know how to handle themselves. While they worked for me & my garter came out ADORABLE, i would advise girls to look elsewhere There have been a few other custom garter people listed on these boards that seem to be great.

I'm glad that you girls had good experiences with them...I actually used them because I had heard such good things here. After they pulled their cr@p though, I suddenly started seeing more & more bad posts about them. It's probably true - they just got too big & too busy too fast. I'd be ok with that & understand it though if they'd just give me my $ back and/or return some of my calls/emails. The fact that they took it (when every penny of mine is needed the most) and haven't bothered to contact me is what just bugs me the most. It's just beyond unethical
