alittle upset with my personalized cake topper/

I got the sample of my personalize cake topper today but I feel like it looks nothing like me... I am soo upset. What should I do??

the 1st two picture is the picture I sent and the 3rd & 4th one is the sample..

DO I LOOK THAT UGLY?????? did i send a bad picture??? i dont know whats wrong with it but I dont think it looks like me at all!!!

so far I only like the back side.. any advice on what to change to make it look more like me???

i'm not just saying this but you are SOOOO way cuter than that. how weird b/c the groom looks so much like your FH. but yours really doesn't look like you.

can you send it back? if so, they need to change the eyes. and the nose on that thing is way too long. i don't know what else it is...it's nice but it's just not as pretty as you really are. and since they were so on w him, they should be able to get yours to look more like you.

i hope they can fix it!

i think it could have been better.. it doesnt look that much like you you are def much prettier then they made you seem! plus I really DO NOT Like that your eyes are looking up.. it looks ridiculous like that... i would tell them!

I really feel like crying this costs $150.00!

I was in the situation where I had to cut down on everything because I over budgeted myself but I really wanted that but looking at that makes me really upset..

Im scared to contact them because I asked in the beginning how much I can change and they said they would be able to make minor changes but nothing major.

my clay figurine needs some PLASTIC SURGERY!!!! hahahhaha

They have to honor the contract. the picture of FH is dead on, but yours isn't. I heard the best threat is to say you will blast their name all over this site and the knot. I had one vendor bend that way. Try it. Otherwise, it is not terrible, it is just not perfect. I agree that you should be upset though because you spent a lot of money on this.

Don't be upset

I agree they have your nose ending way to low on your face. And you ARE way more beautiful than that, BUT it's not atrociously ugly - it's quite adorable, just doesn't look exactly like you.

I would definitely call them and let them know you are dissatisfied - you paid good money for a likeness of you - not a 'kinda' likeness of you.

sorry to hear about your topper....im doing something similar and u can FM for details hes based out of Canada and does amazing work!!! My friend who is an art teacher told me about him and my sample was amazing!!!

did they send you a proof before they did it? also they did make it look like you i think that the forehead is a little big but otherwise not bad...your fh looks exact!

I had this done too and I had to modify it a few times before I liked me. They had DH pretty good too but we had to do some changes. They were really good with me. Just tell them what you dont like and they will fix it.
I think they are cute you FH is spot on but I agree you shouldnt be looking up to the sky and I agree your hair needs to come down a bit. *( thats the problem I had with DH hairline they made it too far back)

I would def call them up! They started your hairline to far back. Your forehead is so much smaller. Maybe the sunglasses on your head threw them off?? See if they can fix it!
