My First DIY!

So I was home bored today and attempted my first DIY! I got these phrases in AC Moore that I painted our colors...pink and orange and I am going to put them on the table with the place cards. Once the wedding is closer I'm gonna spray them with a glittery spray paint so that they shimmer! I got Dream, Love and Celebrate.
They also had little wooden gerber daisy cut outs too - so I got those since those are the flowers we're using.

I'm still debating the letters I wanna put on the cake table - Mr. & Mrs. or I Love You....decisions, decisions...

Pics in my DIY album - they were too big. (And I have no idea how to put a link in to my album )

Nope...it was me and a paintbrush all day - most of it wound up on my hands before making it to the wood But I eventually got the hang of it!!

Thats sooo cute. did you do the gerbera daisies? Im have to go pick those up and make some.

Thx. No not yet - it was difficult to get into the cracks of the letters so after being at it all day - I gave up until next weekend! I'll post more pics once I'm done with everything!

To post pics on a reply

I usually open two LIW sites. One will be the reply box, prepared for your picture that you want to post, the other will be your album, with the pics that you want to post.

1.Minimize the reply box site, until you're ready to post your pics
2. Choose a pic from your album.
3. Left click on the smaller pic, to enlarge it.
4.Right click on the large pic, then left click on Properties.
5.Right click on the ADDRESS, aka URL
6. Left click on select all, which highlights the address in blue
7. Right click on the highlighted blue address.
8. Left click on copy
9. Left click on the red X
10. Bring up your other LIW reply box page.
11. Left click on Insert web image.
12. On mine a pop up appears, saying,click here to allow scripted windows. Left click on that , and another pop up says temporarily allow scripted windows.Left click on that
13 Then, left click on Insert web image, again.
14. A script prompt box will appear to paste the pic you copied from the previous LIW site.
15. Right click on the script prompt box, then left click paste, to paste the pic you copied from the previous LIW site.
16. Left click ok; The pic address will appear in the reply box. You can see if it's there, by clicking on preview, before posting the reply. I find this method works best for me because resizing is difficult.

Let me write the steps for posting links, and I'll put them up for everyone who would like them. Girls if I messed up in my steps, I'll correct it. Mary MOB

Again, open two sites, one the LIW reply box, the other with the link you wish to share. The http:// link will be at the top of the page

1. Minimize the LIW reply box page.
2. Right click on the http:// or link at the top of the page. Left click copy.
3. Bring up your LIW page with reply box.
4. Left click on Insert web link, under the emotiocons.
5. Left click on the pop up at the top of the page, concerning scripted windows, then left cklick on temporarily allow scripted windows.
6. Left click on Insert web image again.
7. The script prompt box will appear.
8. Right click on that box, then left click paste, and the link you copied from the previous page will appear. left click ok. The address you pasted will disappear temporaily. RIGHT CLICK AGAIN IN THE EMPTY BOX, AND LEFT CLICK PASTE AGAIN AND THE ADDRESS WILL APPEAR AGAIN. THEN LEFT CLICK OK, AND YOUR LINK SHOULD APPEAR IN THE REPLY BOX, THEM POST REPLY.
