DRESSES AND ACCESSORIES
* Purchase hair jewels/veil
* Purchase shoes, undergarments, garter and DOJ
* Purchase wedding rings
* Shop and order flower girl & ring bearer
* MOB & MOG dresses – Mom-Champagne Liz-Green
* Something old, borrowed, blue & new: Old-grandma’s ring, New-dress, tiara, hankie
* Make appointments and attend fittings
* Break in shoes
* Prepare day of emergency kit
TUXES
* Find place to order tuxes for Evan, Mr. R, Dad, Matt, Josh, Ari, Pete, Jon, Mike, Chris
* Have GM go for fittings or send in measurements
* Confirm when & where to return & designate someone to do this: Dad
BRIDAL PARTY
* Make sure everyone has shoes & bags: bags ordered from mom
* Buy BM jewelry
* BM gifts-Robe, Pashmina, jewelry,
* GM gifts-
* MOH & Best man speech – speak to Kelly & Chris about this
* Bachelor / Bachelorette parties
* Get flower girl and ring bearer outfits
* Confirm food for morning at salon
CEREMONY
* Register for Pre Cana
* Get baptism certificates together
* Plan ceremony- music selection, organist,
* Call Father Dennis and set up time to meet with him
* Confirm rehearsal date & time (Friday 6/13/07 @7)
INVITATIONS
* Finish guest list (get names from Mrs. R) & finalize list
* Select invitations
* Number response cards to cross reference w/ invite list
* Print direction cards or include with invites
* Purchase stamps & mail invites and have hand cancelled
* Follow up with guests that haven’t RSVP’d
MARRIAGE LICENCE
* Have documents needed and find out when & where to get: only valid 60 days
HONEYMOON
* Put aside passports
* Shop for and pack
* Confirm reservations & travel arrangements
* Schedule limo transport to and from airport
Hotel
* Keep checking on hotel block
* Make sure bar is open after reception: Bethlehem Brew Works
* Decide on breakfast for Sunday morning
REGISTER
* Finish registries at BB&B and Fortunoff
REHERSAL DINNER
* Check out locations for RD
* Send out invites for RD
* Bring Bo-K from bridal shower
* Bring all Bridal Party gifts to hand out
* Prepare any toasts or speeches
* Cake for G
