Vent: Patken Photographers
Hey Ladies,
It's been a while since I've been back in LIW. I just saw my album from Patken (they posted it online) and I am kind of disappointed. Is there anyone who's used patken for their album, and if so can we chat about the layout you received? I'm looking for suggestions for changes I can make for the album .
In general, my experience with Patken is that they've been disappointing all around both in the sense of timing and quality. The people are super nice, but my photographer missed a number of table shots, one of which had half my bridal party, but that isn't super impt b/c I have so many of the bridal party. Also, we had talked to the photographer and said that we wanted photo-documentary style with some portraits and they were pretty much all portraits except for the ones of people dancing and the ceremony. But overall, when the proofs came back I'd say at least 3/4 of them were portraits. Maybe my expectations were not right, but I don't know. I didn't think I had majorly high or unusual expectations.
